How to Change Employer with a Work Patent

A foreign citizen may change employer if the patent is valid, paid, and the new job matches the patent region and profession. See the work patent guide and profession requirements .
Procedure
- Check patent validity and tax receipts.
- Terminate the old contract correctly.
- Sign a contract with the new employer before starting work.
- Give copies of passport, patent, migration card, registration, VHI and receipts.
- The employer notifies the MIA.
